About Lake Shore Mall (formerly Viviana Mall)
Lake Shore Mall, known until its change of ownership as Viviana Mall, is one of Thane's largest shopping malls, on the Eastern Express Highway in Thane West. Built on a 13-acre plot, it has about one million square feet of leasable space, more than 250 stores, a 14-screen multiplex and a games arcade. It draws shoppers from Thane, Mulund, Powai and Ghatkopar. The atrium and outdoor areas host festive events, celebrity and brand appearances, live music, kids' workshops and seasonal markets through the year. The mall is also known for accessibility features for visually impaired visitors, developed with the Xavier's Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged, including a resource centre on the premises.
