About Nexus Seawoods
Nexus Seawoods is one of Navi Mumbai's largest malls, built around Seawoods–Darave railway station as part of a 40-acre transit-oriented development by L&T Realty. It opened on 23 March 2017 as Seawoods Grand Central and took its present name in 2022, when the Nexus Malls portfolio was rebranded. With about 1.2 million square feet of leasable space, it has a multiplex with IMAX and 4DX screens, gaming and arcade zones, a large food court and two exhibition spaces that are used for pop-up markets featuring home-grown and local brands. Its atrium hosts festive installations, live performances, kids' activities and seasonal events, and the station link makes it reachable by Harbour Line without stepping on to a road.
