Things to do in Lower Parel

Lower Parel is the former textile-mill district rebuilt as offices, malls and restaurants. Phoenix Palladium (High Street Phoenix) is the anchor for shopping, cinema and festive installations, while the Kamala Mills, Todi Mill and Mathuradas Mill compounds hold much of the city's bar and club circuit, including antiSOCIAL, a room dedicated to alternative music, comedy and experimental performance. The Museum of Solutions, a children's museum, is here too. Evenings are busiest from Thursday to Saturday. Lower Parel is on the Western Line and Currey Road on the Central Line, a short walk apart; Worli and Acharya Atre Chowk on the Aqua Line are a short cab ride away.
